What is Illness talking?

                            Illness📣 Message from Your Body🍎

Have you ever thought about what information really is?

Most people today would say that information refers to what they see on their phones—text messages, videos, social media posts, news broadcasts, advertisements, movies, and TV shows. But if you observe life closely and sensitively, you’ll realize that information exists in much more subtle and profound forms: in animals and plants, interpersonal relationships, even in the features of your own body, your temperament, personality, home arrangement, and the external or natural environment. These are all expressions—from the inside out.

Think about it: all of these carry their own types of information and are constantly communicating in silent ways. But how many people actually see it?

I begin with this topic because it’s important to expand our understanding of what we consider information to be. This idea is also connected to what comes next.

Did you know that illness is actually your body’s way of conveying information to you?

Not just illness—even your moles, birthmarks, habits, preferences, and the people and events around you, as well as the reactions of animals, can all be seen as messages. The real question is: do you notice them? Can you sense them?

If we understand that the universe began with vibration, and that the universe is a vast field of consciousness (though I have no data to prove this—feel free to provide any), then sound, information, and light came into being. Everything we see, hear, feel, and experience can therefore be viewed as forms of information.

Let me give you an example:

Many have heard that when pets like cats or dogs live with a family, they react when something is wrong—when a family member is ill, has an emotional imbalance, suffers a stroke or fall, becomes pregnant, develops a tumor, or when a natural disaster like an earthquake or fire is about to occur—even when there’s a gas leak.
But how many pet owners actually see and understand these signals on time?

Now, let’s turn inward to the body.
Joint issues in the legs might not just be physical; overuse of the knees, for instance, could reflect subconscious resentment toward one's current environment and a feeling of being stuck or limited. Varicose veins are often linked to prolonged standing.

As for hearing loss, I once heard a higher self in a QHHT session explain that the client had gradually lost her hearing because she had long refused to truly listen to others. The body concluded that hearing was unnecessary and began to shut it down. I found this astonishing. The higher self’s suggested solution was that the client should not only listen to people’s words but also discern them with their heart—with clarity, objectivity, and sincerity—to build healthy communication patterns. Only then would true healing occur.

This was a major revelation for me. I was reminded of the saying:
“You are the originator of your own misfortune.”
Surprised? High blood pressure is often a result of long-term environmental stress. Tumors can stem from suppressed, unresolved anger. Diabetes, ironically, may arise when life lacks “sweetness.”

In all these cases, one theme seemed to appear repeatedly: a lack of love.
And while love from others is important, doesn’t it all begin with loving yourself?

Overwork, constant pressure, buried anger, unresolved inner conflicts, chronic anxiety and fear—when your mind thinks this way, it burdens your heart with an invisible yet crushing weight.
When we fail to resolve problems that can be resolved, and refuse to change behaviors and attitudes that clearly need changing, we unconsciously pressure the heart. In turn, the body starts to respond—through discomfort, symptoms, or illness—to remind us to wake up and see.

So now, let’s ask: What is illness really trying to say to us?
First, that we haven’t taken good care of ourselves—we don’t love ourselves enough to nurture ourselves.
Next, take a look at your emotional state when illness occurs. Is it calm? Or is it suppressed, conflicted, anxious, fearful, angry? Most likely, it’s far from peaceful.

Then, where do these emotions come from? Are they, like we discussed earlier, rooted in unexplained causes? Or are they triggered by people and events around you? By your environment? Or are they your own reactions to your life circumstances?

These emotions from the past and present begin to layer over one another—just like garbage piling up. Many people eventually give up on clearing it out, saying “Whatever, I’m done with this.”

But the body won’t stop trying to get your attention. It will continue to use pain, discomfort, or even full shutdowns to signal that something needs to be addressed. Only when we genuinely begin to face and resolve the issues, will the body start to restore comfort.

From another perspective, it is actually out of love that our body uses what we perceive as discomfort, pain, or even life-threatening conditions to remind us—to rest, to nourish, to adjust, to change, and to take better care of ourselves.

Can you see how your body is expressing its love for you?
And have you returned that love by giving your body what it truly needs?
