You are the person who take the responsibility for your emotional health

Only you can be the one to initiate your own self-healing

Did you know?
I
f you don't believe there's an issue to be addressed within yourself, then even if someone with deep understanding tries to gently guide or remind you, it will be of no use. Self-awareness and self-recognition are the very first steps. Only then can a path begin to unfold from that awareness. So what comes after that?

🍃 First, consider whether you experience emotional triggers in daily life due to certain scenes or events. These may include emotional responses to fear, sci-fi, separation, reunion, war, death, stress, pressure, or interpersonal relationships portrayed in films or real life. It could also be situations like weddings, funerals, sunsets, or seasonal transitions that stir up deep emotions. Some people feel sadness, grief, or depression when interacting with family or society—feelings that are far more intense than others might experience, seemingly uncontrollable, and arising from deep within the soul.

  1. Unexplained physical discomfort—even after seeing doctors, the cause cannot be found, and medication provides little relief.

  2. Loss of function in certain body parts or even surgical removal—such as hearing loss or thyroid removal—which often correlates with unresolved communication issues. Some women suffer birth trauma in this life, yet their past lives may have ended in difficult or fatal labor.

  3. Certain illnesses or symptoms that suddenly appear after traveling to specific places or reaching a certain age, despite never having occurred before.

🍑 We may believe these things never happened to us, but the body remembers. At some point in this life, it re-emerges like a quiet reminder. Many people dismiss this as nonsense simply because they’ve never heard of or understood it. Yet real-life experiences make it hard to ignore.

🍒 Take my own story, for example—as a child, watching war-themed films always stirred powerful emotions in me. I would see bleak and sorrowful images of post-war battlefields in my mind. This feeling lingered in my life for a long time, without explanation. I felt as if something was calling me, yet I couldn’t grasp what it was, leaving me confused and lost.
Later, through quantum hypnosis, I found the answer—these were memories from past lives, even many past lives. That was when healing began. But it wasn’t enough. The accumulation of emotions over lifetimes isn’t something that can be cleared in just one or two sessions.
Eventually, I became aware that the deep, almost spiritual tension I carried in my soul also stemmed from this. Can medicine really fix something like that? When others told me to relax, it only intensified my tension.
It wasn’t until I recognized the root and process of this pain during my healing journey that I gradually let go and made peace with my current self. That marked the true beginning of my inner healing path.
This journey required a deep, soul-level exploration of the self—something no one else can do for us. Others can only support; the real transformation must come from the one affected. As an old Chinese saying goes:

"Only the one who tied the knot can untie it." 🌼

🍓If we are unable to consciously start seeing our inner selves—the past wounds, buried emotions, or unexplained encounters—and instead react emotionally to external triggers or blame others, then the traumas of past lives and the issues of this life will continue unconsciously into the next cycle of reincarnation. This unconscious cycle will persist until we finally choose to face and resolve it.
Isn’t that a bit heartbreaking, if life just keeps going like this?

Interestingly, our hearts know. We might feel a heaviness or burden in our chest we can’t explain—like a stone pressing down, something tightly wrapped around it, or a knot tied deep inside. “Heart-knot” is such an accurate term.

🌴 As an ancient saying goes:

“The heart is where the spirit resides.”
So if the heart is not at peace, a hundred illnesses may arise.

May we all come to see the child within us—the one who is crying or silently enduring—bring them out of the darkness, and stop repeating unconscious, unhealthy thoughts and behaviors.
Let us let go of the past, settle into the present, and live a life that is calm and joyful. 🌿
