Voice From High Inner Self

                                        The Whisper Within

When talking about this subject, we must mention the Higher Self — our divine self. It doesn’t only appear during quantum hypnosis sessions; if we can maintain stillness and objectivity in our daily lives, and reach a certain level of maturity, the Higher Self will also show up and be willing to communicate with us. At that point, we realize that our sense of loneliness is more of an illusion.

So how should we understand the Higher Self? It’s like our 70-year-old self quietly accompanying us as we navigate life at 20 — offering guidance and sending insights. If we are too distracted to hear or see these messages, the Higher Self won't force us to accept its guidance. However, we must then bear the consequences of our choices — good or bad. In my experience, the advice and direction offered by the Higher Self are almost always wiser than my own.

Of course, many people say they haven’t seen or heard anything, and that’s completely valid. Still, there are countless real-life cases where people, upon receiving and heeding subtle warnings during life-threatening situations, miraculously survived. Why is that? Because some people can’t hear even when the message is as loud as a gong, while others can respond wisely to a whisper. The voice of the Higher Self is often very soft, barely detectable. If a person is overly fixated on a decision they’ve already made — even if it’s unwise — the Higher Self can’t intervene. On the other hand, if a person has no sense of direction and simply follows others without discernment, the Higher Self is equally powerless.

So how can we gradually learn to hear and see it? Many people ask, “Where is it? I don’t see anything. If I can’t see it, how do I know where to go?” But actually, even if we can't see it, we can hear it. Still, before we can truly hear it, we must first prepare ourselves. If our internal and external environments are constantly noisy and chaotic, it becomes nearly impossible to hear that inner voice.

The process of hearing this voice is not always smooth. The Higher Self usually speaks only when we are facing significant life choices, so you don’t have to worry about it being overly talkative. In fact, the state of ease and calm is the natural state of the Higher Self — and it’s also the state it hopes we can embody. That’s its love for us.

We can start practicing with small things. Take shopping, for example: many people shop impulsively and toss items into their cart without a second thought. After a while, they realize their home is full of things they rarely use but can’t bear to throw away. 😅 Have you ever had a moment where, as you were about to place something in your cart, a tiny voice gently asked, “Do you really need this?” 😆 Or when something wasn’t going well and you were about to give up, the voice said, “Just hang in there a bit longer,” and you did — and it worked. Or maybe in a moment of frustration during a conversation, you treated someone unfairly, and the voice reminded you, “Don’t do that; it’s not good for them either for you.” Whether we listen or ignore it, we all have our own experiences. 😇

But if someone consistently ignores that voice, over time the Higher Self will stop speaking. It’s as though the person, through their actions, turns down the volume. I believe this is quite serious. Eventually, this silence lasts until the person’s life becomes so chaotic or painful that they finally remember to quiet their mind and listen to that small inner voice.

There’s a saying: “Actions speak louder than words,” and it fits perfectly here. The guidance of the Higher Self exists to help us make wise choices and avoid pitfalls — all for our highest good. It only becomes helpful when we listen and act on it.

Now, quantum hypnosis can be seen as a tool that amplifies the volume of the Higher Self’s voice — connecting us more clearly to the parts of ourselves we don’t understand yet, to help us grow in love. When the soul is mature, the Higher Self is eager to walk through life with us.

So, what are people like when they can’t hear their inner voice?

Generally, they’re surrounded by noise, overwhelmed by chaotic thoughts, caught up in a messy life, and filled with unfounded doubts. Their minds are rarely — if ever — at peace. When someone suggests they take a moment to calm down, their first reaction is, “I can’t.” But we know that when people say they can’t, it usually means they don’t want to — and if they don’t even try, then of course they won’t succeed. But once they do try, succeeding is only a matter of time.

Of course, following your inner voice doesn’t always align with what seems most beneficial from a worldly perspective. Sometimes, it might contradict your personal circumstances, family expectations, or practical considerations. But that’s exactly what we need to experience in order to grow wiser and more mature.

In the end, the guidance we’ve been seeking externally has always lived deep within our souls. It’s just that the noise of the world has clouded our thoughts, and the busyness of life has accelerated our confusion. Like a dangling carrot we can never quite reach, external pursuits can lead us down a path of no return. But if we simply pause, quiet our minds, and truly listen, the whisper within us will reveal the path of peace, light, joy, and a fulfilling life.
